How it works

Built so you always know what's yours.

Three things that are true about every account — by design, not by configuration.

Your workspace is isolated.

When you set up an account, you get a workspace that belongs to you. Your characters, brand configurations, briefs, approved content — none of it is accessible to other accounts. Your workspace is yours. Other accounts do not exist from your system’s perspective.

Shared resources are always labeled.

When something is shared — a starter template, a base style config — it is labeled as shared. Nothing enters your workspace silently. If it is there, you put it there or explicitly chose to use a labeled shared resource.

Nothing publishes without your approval.

Every piece of content passes through a human approval gate before it goes anywhere. The gate is in the workflow, not bolted on. You cannot accidentally publish. The agent prepares; you decide.

Your content does not live in the scheduling layer.

When a post is queued, only scheduling metadata is stored. The actual content is fetched at posting time and not retained afterward. Your content lives in your workspace. It passes through the delivery layer and leaves. Most publishing tools store your content indefinitely. Konstant Studio does not.
